SASKATOON — Update 3:49 p.m.: A second suspect has been arrested in connection with this homicide investigation.
On Nov. 4, a 20-year-old woman was arrested without incident and has been charged with second-degree Murder. Police do not anticipate any further arrests.
9:09 a.m.: A 32-year-old Saskatoon woman has been charged with second degree murder in what is now the seventh homicide of 2021.
The identity of the victim, a 52-year-old Saskatoon man, is not being released at the request of the family. The victim and accused are known to each other.
The SPS Major Crime Section, along with the Forensic Identification Section, began investigating the death of an adult male Tuesday.
Just after 2 a.m., Nov. 2, police were called to a residence in the 500 block of Ave. X Âé¶¹´«Ã½AV. The deceased was found within the residence. The death is being treated as suspicious and the investigation is ongoing.
