This roundtable discussion centered on the Â鶹´«Ã½AV’s newly launched Commission on the Practice of Democratic Citizenship, which is charged with developing a plan of action for promoting the values, behaviors, and skills needed for effective citizenship and civic participation in a 21st-century democracy.
