It’s never easy to see the brightness in the face of tragedy but it’s Mandee Kulaway’s hope her sister’s death will not be in vain. Kulaway’s sister was murdered last March just outside of Yorkton and this year she has started up a walk in her memory. She hopes to grow the event to help create an awareness that violence is unacceptable.
