NORTH — Canada Post issued a service alert on June 6, stating it will suspend deliveries to several northern communities due to poor air quality and concerns for employee safety, which remains in effect as of June 9.
Currently, there are no deliveries in the following locations due to wildfires and evacuation orders:

Denare Beach, Sask.

Deschambault Lake, Sask.

La Ronge, Sask.

Montreal Lake, Sask.

Pelican Narrows, Sask.

Pinehouse, Sask.

Sandy Bay, Sask.

Âé¶¹´«Ã½AVend, Sask.

Stanley Mission, Sask.

Timber Bay, Sask.

Weyakwin, Sask.
Effective immediately, eligible residents can receive free mail forwarding service for up to 12 months. Impacted residents have until July 5 to register for the free service, according to Canada Post.
