WHITE BUTTE — RCMP are asking for relative information anyone may have on a Regina man who was found deceased in a rural area near Grand Coulee. They are considering the death suspicious.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Aron Lunan from Regina. His family has been notified. White Butte RCMP had received a report about a deceased individual on June 10, at approximately 7:25 a.m.
Due to the circumstances of the incident, Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is investigating the death with the assistance of the Saskatchewan Coroners Service.
Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes is asking anyone who saw or had contact with Aron between the afternoon of Monday, June 9, and the morning of Tuesday, June 10, to contact them immediately.
The deceased is described as approximately 5’3” tall with a slim build and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with skulls and grey flames on it, black sweatpants with a praying hand design on them, and a green jacket with a white sticker on the upper left side on the chest.
Aron was known to ride a bike. The bike is described as an all black Supercycle bike. The front tire forks on the bike are painted white and the word ‘Fox’ is handwritten on the front tire shock absorber. The bike has not yet been located.
RCMP say he was last seen in the North Central area of Regina.
