SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - A frost advisory has been issued for southeast Saskatchewan.

The advisory was issued in the late afternoon of May 17, and covers Carlyle, Bienfait, Oxbow, Carnduff, Redvers, Kipling, Wawota, Whitewood, Moosomin and other areas in the region.

"Temperatures are expected to fall to or below the freezing mark tonight under partly cloudy skies," Environment Canada said in the advisory.

Frost advisories for the season begin the Saturday afternoon of the Victoria Day long weekend and will run through the end of September.
