REGINA — A former resident of southeast Saskatchewan, who is facing several charges out of Regina, had his case back in Regina Provincial Court May 15.
Mason Wayne Strutt, age 23, had his matters adjourned to June 5 in Regina.
He is charged with one count each of wilfully causing harm to an animal, assault, sexual assault, uttering death threats, and administering a noxious substance with intent to cause bodily harm.
Background: Strutt was apprehended and charged by members of the Regina Police Service on April 10. He was held in custody until April 17, when he was released with conditions.
The charges have not been proven in court.
