The next concert in the Estevan Arts Council’s Estevan Concert Series is going to bring some Christmas music to the Energy City.
Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Luke McMaster and his band will perform on Dec. 7 at the Royal Canadian Legion’s Estevan branch, starting at 7:30 p.m. The concert will take the audience on a journey through the music of classic Christmas with a Motown twist.
Spectators will enjoy McMaster’s soulful take on holiday classics like Silent Night, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and Baby Please Come Home, as well as his own chart-topping holiday favourites like Raise A Glass and Merry Christmas Beautiful.
Other songs fans might hear include Signed, Sealed, Delivered, My Girl, and Ain't No Sunshine sprinkled with stories from his Icons of Soul.
A Motown Christmas with Luke McMaster and band, will have people humming a tune and tapping their toes all night.
Advance tickets are available at a discount at Henders Drugs, on ticketpro.ca, or at the Estevan Arts Council office. Regular priced tickets will be available at the door.
