The Weyburn Review is co-sponsoring a seminar, "The Art of Customer Service Influence with Ease", with presenter Jeff Mowatt.

Two seminars will be held at the Weyburn Canalta Hotel on Tuesday, Mar. 12.
Mowatt is a customer service strategist, bestselling author and certified professional speaker. During the seminar, he reveals easy-to-apply tips, tools and phrases that generate significant results in customer service for businesses.

There are three core elements of the seminar, and businesses will learn how to apply these elements. Those elements include strengthening customer loyalty, increasing spending per customer and recharging customer service teamwork.

The same program is offered in the morning and during the afternoon, so that half of the business team can attend either session.

The morning program runs 9 a.m. to 12 noon, with a registration time at 8:30 a.m. The afternoon program runs 1:30 to 4:30 p.m., with a registration at 1 p.m.
