WHITEWOOD — A portion of the Trans-Canada Highway is closed in southeast Saskatchewan for road work.
According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, culvert installation is taking place on Highway 1 near Whitewood and is affecting traffic in both directions.
A local detour is in place with four-metre width restrictions.
The closure started in the morning of July 3, and according to the Highway Hotline, is expected to continue until 5 a.m. on July 10.
