A group of Comp students help set up light and sound equipment at Crescent Point Place on Monday morning for the Canadian Student Leadership Conference. Comp students, from left are Tyler Barry, Braden Coad and Josh Kurtz. The opening ceremonies for the Canadian Student Leadership Conference was Tuesday evening. Over 1,000 student leaders and advisors from across the nation will be in Weyburn for one week, participating in the annual national conference. Students will hear from different keynote speakers during the conference, including Michael "Pinball" Clemons today, Sept. 26; Dr. Samantha Nutt on Thursday, Sept. 27; Geoff Green on Friday, Sept. 28; and Mark Scharenbroich on Saturday, Sept. 29. The closing ceremonies on Saturday, Sept. 29, with an Alumni STARS Show choir and other entertainment will be held at 7:30 p.m.
