SHA issues advisory about COVID infection at Regina businesses

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is notifying the public that an individual who tested COVID-19 positive visited the following businesses in Regina when the individual was likely infectious on the following dates:

• Tim Horton’s, Victoria Square, on Sept. 17 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Superstore Golden Mile, on Sept. 17 from 6:45 to 7:15 p.m.

• Urban Planet, 921a Albert Street, on Sept. 18 from 11 a.m. to 12 noon

• Costco, 2110 Anaquod Road, on Sept. 18 from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Earlier there was also an advisory issued in regard to the following business in Regina:

Golden Mile Superstore - 3806 Albert Street, on Sept. 12 from 4:30-5:30 p.m.; Sept. 14 from 12:30 – 12:45 p.m., and on Sept. 16 from 3-3:30 p.m.

In a separate advisory, the SHA has issued the following advisory about four individuals who have tested positive for COVID visited the following businesses in Regina and Moosomin:ÌýPlanet Fitness (East), ReginaÌý- Sept. 11 and 12: 4 p.m. – 6 p.m.;ÌýWalmart – Habour Landing, ReginaÌý– Sept 16: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.;ÌýDairy Queen, MoosominÌý– Sept 12: 3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.; andÌýCo-op Grocery Store,ÌýMoosominÌý– Sept 12: 5 p.m. – 5:25 p.m.

Public Health officials are advising individuals who were at these business locations on the specified dates during the specified times to immediately self-isolate if they have had or currently have symptoms of COVID-19 and to call HealthLine 811 to arrange for testing.

All other individuals who are not experiencing symptoms should self monitor for 14 days. It is important to note that individuals may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.
