The Weyburn Young Fellows Club have nearly sold out completely their Christmas tree lot in one week, and have posted a survey to see if there is interest in bringing in more trees. The club can source more, but need to know if there is a demand for the trees before they commit to bringing in to the lot.

Here is the link for the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/KCGG6KN?fbclid=IwAR0rcQCTtDbPW145BMuUhwQFDiqdCISCPaB8twf1nMAidY5dqwa9hAMz-aU

There were only about six trees left at the Young Fellows tree lot on Monday, and all of those were Balsams that were in the 4-foot, 5-foot and 6-foot range. This was down from about 30 which were on the lot on Saturday.

Young Fellow member Ryan Bachmeier said that the trees were sold off the lot as soon as they arrived in Weyburn. “Sales have been crazy. We were pulling the trees off the truck, and people were standing in line to buy them.â€

“Then during the auction day there was line up of six or seven people out the door constantly to buy trees. This has been the craziest year for tree sales.â€

Club chairman for the tree lot, Trent Rommann, said on Monday he's not aware of the club ever selling out of trees, and added, "Definitely not in one week."

Ryan said that the Balsams are “a nice tree, they are nice and full. They will look good in a living room.â€

All funds raised from the tree lot will be donated back to the community from the Young Fellows Club of Weyburn.
