Weyburn Comp athlete Marissa Pirlot, centre, jumps over the last hurdle and makes her way to the finish line, making a new record at the pre-district track meet. Behind Pirlot, at left is Brooklyn Scott of Radville, and at right is Jamie Norgaard of Gladmar. Pirlot won first after completing the 100 metre hurdles in 13.13 seconds. The pre-districts were hosted at the Comp on Thursday. The top athletes will advance to the districts, which will be at the Comp today, May 23.
