The 13U Canora Reds provincial baseball team hosted a fundraiser barbecue on July 10 outside the CN Station Museum for the trip to Estevan for provincials from July 26-28.

Invermay students and staff had a busy final month of the school year, culminating with graduation.

On Canada Day, Canora RCMP were dispatched to a dispute. The caller reported his neighbour for excessive use of his leaf blower.

Residents all over downtown Canora had the opportunity to see members of the Canora Composite School Class of 2024 in their finest attire.

The big moment finally came at the end of the graduation program; members of the CCS Class of 2024 received their scrolls.

As the graduates entered individually, their favourite music played and they were introduced by emcee Thomas Lowes.

Kim Eiteneier addressed the Canora Composite School Class of 2024 as their chosen guest speaker, prior to his retirement.

"Congratulations to the class of 2024. We are proud of each and every one of you,鈥� said Derek Serdachny.

"Your success today is a testament to your hard work and the support of your family, school staff, and community," said Shannon Leson during the 2024 graduation exercises.
