Saskatchewan’s unemployment rate was 4.7 per cent (seasonally adjusted) in August 2015, down from 5.2 per cent in July. For 23 straight months, Saskatchewan has had the lowest unemployment rate among the provinces.

Dead man in stolen car found in field
A joyride through a farmer’s field near Kamsack ended in the worst possible way for a 22-year-old Keesekoose First Nations man approximately two weeks ago. Police say the young man died when the stolen car he was driving hit a dry ravine.
