Officers from the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) Guns & Gangs Unit were trying to arrest a suspect known to be in violation of court-imposed conditions inside a mall in the 200 block of 1st Avenue Â鶹´«Ã½AV.

Scott Boehr and Kaydence Charles were remanded until their next appearance in court later this month.

The accused has been released on conditions and will make his first court appearance on these charges on Feb. 13.

Investigators believe members of the public may have information helpful in solving the case.
