QUILL LAKE — Eleven students graduated in 2025 from Quill Lake School.
Mrs. Cassandra Neufeld presented diplomas to the Class of 2025 and delivered a speech in their honour during the evening ceremony. Mrs. Donna Seidle was their guest speaker.
The valedictorian was Cheyanne Engele, who earned the highest average in Grade 12 across the following courses: English Language Arts A30, English Language Arts B30, the highest-level Math 30, Science 30, History 30, Social Studies 30 or Native Studies 30, and the two highest additional 30-level subjects.
Madison Huls received the Governor General’s Academic Medal. This award is presented to the student who achieves the highest average upon graduation, based on all Grade 11 and Grade 12 courses.
The 2025 Quill Lake School graduates were: Jaxon Bradley, Binsfeld Endy, Cisneros Sanchez, Cheyanne Phillipa, Engele Emma, Rae Friesen, Tayden Ryder, Gabriel Nixon, Adam Allan, Gasmo Kallie, Rocklyn Krienke, Nheil Bona, Pasingan Leila, Jane Quinagoran, Tadaoan Kaleb, Robert Alexander, Vigoren Kyler and Chase Wickstrom.
The Town of Quill Lake has a population of 306 and is located approximately 40 minutes east of Humboldt.
