Irate about rate increases

I am writing to inform our community about a sudden and unreasonable increase in fees for services at the Humboldt Aquatic Centre. The rate we had been paying for a month of aquacise was $36.

On August 8, theCity of Humboldt announced that they will be connecting water and sewer services to the Court House on Thursday, August 9 and Friday, August 10, 2012. Work is anticipated to be completed by the end of the week (weather permitting).
