WILDEMAN: GEORGE CLARENCE ~ April 7, 1926 - June 10, 2012George was born April 7th, 1926 on the family farm northeast of Esk, Saskatchewan. He was the second oldest son of Robert and Olga (Braitenbach) Wildeman.

They are raising money for a cure. The seventh annual Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) walk was held in Humboldt on June 10.

KLEITER - It is with very saddened hearts the family announces the sudden, unexpected, accidental death of Barry James Kleiter, 43 years of Humboldt, on Thursday June 7, 2012 at Armstrong, BC.

A Humboldt resident died following a paraglider crash in British Columbia on June 7. Barry Kleiter, 43, died when his powered paraglider crashed near Enderby. Kleiter had been taking flying lessons for about a week at the time of the accident.

It was a game of a lifetime for four Humboldt Collegiate Institute (HCI) athletes. Josh Giddings, Drayke Unger, Tyrell Hering and Dillon Buckle all attended the Ed Henick Senior Bowl in May in Saskatoon.
