Statement made. The North Battleford Comprehensive High School Vikings ended their regular season Thursday in Saskatoon against Mount Royal and did so in convincing fashion.

The Battlefords North Stars were back in their home locker room Tuesday night to begin a lengthy home stretch of Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League action and they impressed.

It is down one game, winner take all in the North Battleford Touch Football League. The Huskies who went 13-1 during the regular season are matched up with the Gophers, who were third overall at 11-3 in the league championship game.
