Traffic Bridge in Saskatoon will be closed on June 20 for National Indigenous Peoples Day celebration.

SASKATOON — Traffic Bridge will be closed on Friday, June 20, from 9:30 a.m. to noon for Rock Your Roots: Walk for Reconciliation and the National Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration.

Additional event road restrictions include:

  • Spadina Crescent between Avenues G and A
  • Spadina Crescent between 2nd and 3rd Avenues
  • 19th Street eastbound lanes between Avenue A and 3rd Avenue
  • 3rd Avenue between 19th Street and Traffic Bridge
  • Victoria Avenue between Traffic Bridge and 11th Street

Detours will be in place guiding motorists around the event zone. Rock Your Roots event restrictions will be lifted by 2 p.m.

Drivers are reminded to drive carefully and watch for participants. The city thanks everyone for their patience.
