Rain, rain, go away. This past weekend, I spent in Brandon, Manitoba. We drove in late Friday evening. I couldn't help but think what was behind all of that blackness? You see, I receive government news releases to my email every day.

Everyone passed! Six skaters from the Carlyle Figure Skating Club Attend Test Day In Alameda. After three weeks of attending Spring School in Alameda, on Apr. 22, six Carlyle skaters successfully completed another great test day.

Dance Zone dancers strutt their stuff

Dance Zone School of Dancing members took the stage in Carlyle on May 4 at Carlyle Elementary School. The club, taught by instructors out of Weyburn, have 67 children registered for dance this year.

Town of Carlyle Council Meeting

The current water situation was the root of many discussions at the meeting. Trucks removing sewage are located on Carlyle Avenue in an attempt to address the strains placed on the sewer system created by excess run-off.
