The Story Walk that the Estevan Public Library hosted at Woodlawn Regional Park last week drew good crowds, according to organizer Christine Batke.

A new exhibit at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum is not only a reflection of the artist鈥檚 love for music, but shows the artistic diversity in record album covers. Kevin Ei-chi deForest鈥檚 exhibit, The Record Shop, is in Gallery No. 2 from Jan.

Various artwork created by mother and daughter Erica Silzer and Ciera Mottus is currently on display at the Assiniboia and District Public Library. The artwork will remain on display until February 8.

The Toastmasters鈥� event at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM) was a very good event with lots of people who showed up to practise their public speaking skills. The event had three speakers who shared their stories with the attendees.

Quality musicianship, finely crafted songs, and heartwarming stories will be presented during the 鈥�100 Mile House鈥� concert, which will be at the Prince of Wales Centre in Assiniboia on Monday, February 5, starting at 7:30 p.m.

Students from the Drewitz School of Dance, under the direction of Lorie-Gay Drewitz-Gallaway, recently participated in Scottish Dance Teachers Alliance Highland exams. The examiner was Betty Sutherland from Glasgow.

Approximately 230 people descended on the Royal Canadian Legion鈥檚 Estevan branch on Saturday night to celebrate the birthday of famous Scottish poet Robert Burns.
