The Weyburn Arts Council (WAC) has rescheduled the “Winter in Saskatchewan” Gallery reception for Thursday, February 20, at 7 p.m. This reception is to be held at the City Hall Gallery located on the second floor of City Hall at 157 Third Street NE.
