Another Saskatchewan curling team will be representing Canada on the world curling stage.

The 麻豆传媒AVeast Regional College awarded 25 scholarships and bursaries in Weyburn on February 24, totalling $21,050. The College's scholarships and bursaries are administered by the 麻豆传媒AVeast Education Foundation.

The Family Place wants to help Weyburn entertain and dress their families this winter. The Family Place will be hosting their annual Winter Festival on Sunday, March 6 outside of the Signal Hill Arts Centre.

The DeConnick family home lies smoking in ruins, after a fire destroyed the home late Wednesday afternoon in the hamlet of North Weyburn. No one was hurt in the fire, but the family lost everything as the blaze completely destroyed the home.

The Weyburn Agricultural Society played host to members of the Saskatchewan Association of Agricultural Societies and Exhibitions (SAASE) on February 25 and 26.
