Northern Lights make bright appearance near Weyburn

The Aurora Borealis, or the Northern Lights, made a bright appearance near Weyburn late Friday night, as seen in these photos taken north of the city with a green band across the northern sky. There have been reports of brilliant dancing displays of auroras throughout the province in the last couple of weeks, caused by solar activity.
