Despite the closure to the public of all of Â鶹´«Ã½AVeast College’s six campus locations, there is good work happening in the background.

The Western Canadian Baseball League met on Sunday, but did not make a final decision on the status of the 2020 WCBL season. However they did establish a timeline that will guide their decisions this spring.

In a news release sent out on Sunday, The Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards announced that they will be hosting a Virtual Awards Show on May 16. The show will air on Access7 Cable TV at 8:00p.m.

There can be no denying that COVID-19 has had a tremendous impact on global and local markets. While the true extent of the pandemic’s effects will not be known for some time, we can begin to get an idea of how markets are being affected.

Saskatchewan has four new, confirmed cases of COVID-19 as of April 6, bringing the provincial total to 253, with 169 of the cases considered active. These are confirmed cases, minus those reported as recovered and deaths.
