The Maymont 747 Fastball Club held a reunion on the weekend of July 18 and 19. An impromptu gathering took place at Glenburn Regional Park on the Friday evening, with many former players in attendance.

The Timberland Rodeo went off as usual this last weekend, but a couple of showers during the day resulted in a lot of mud. This caused some problems but, as with any event, they carried on and completed as best they could.
