After 16 years of hosting the Annual Old Time Fiddle Contest, in 2012 the North Battleford Western Development Museum decided not to continue.

First snow mercifully light

Our first skiff of snow for this fall came Monday morning. The temperature was below zero so the light rain turned to snowflakes. It didn't last long and melted almost as soon as it fell.

Soccer is winding down for the season. The girls' team travelled to Aberdeen for an exhibition game. They won this game. Their final event was the regional playoffs in North Battleford. They came up against some tough competition and were eliminated.
