"I can't believe it's been 10 years," says Elaine Poirier. The Battleford Memorial Garden, a Communities in Bloom project in partnership with the Town of Battleford, was established a decade ago.

Bruce Dalshaug was born on April 6, 1936 to Palmer J. Dalshaug and Lilian R. Dalshaug (nee Cooper) at Margo. Bruce came into this world in his grandmother's house with a midwife in attendance.

Borden Care Home Inc. held their annual meeting July 17 in the basement of the care home with six board members and one visitor present. Chairman Terry Tkaczyk opened the meeting and secretary Peggy Walker read the minutes from last year.
