The next performance through the Living Room Live concert series will feature a pair of talented musicians. Violinist Gregory Lewis and pianist Paul Williamson will perform on Jan. 18 at 7:30 p.m. in the Creighton Lodge lounge.

Entries are now being accepted for this year鈥檚 Estevan and District Music Festival. The registrations started Jan. 7 and will close on Feb. 7. Online entries will be accepted at the music festival鈥檚 website, emfd.musicfestivalsuite.com.

Voting for the 36 th annual James Weir People鈥檚 Choice Exhibition opens today, Jan. 7, at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery, with 22 works of art entered this year.

Ann Richards was born and raised on a farm near Assiniboia, but she currently resides in Vancouver. She graduated from the Assiniboia Composite High School in 2014.

The Lampman Community Theatre was back once again this past weekend. The guests had a chance to enjoy a hilarious play, Poker Nights at the Legion, written by Lampman鈥檚 Maureen Ulrich.

Giselle Wilson is the owner of the Giselle鈥檚 ShowTyme Dance Studio on 405 Dominion Road. Before the studio was converted into a dance studio, the building once served as a church.

The Rotary Club of Estevan hosted the 67th annual Christmas Carol Festival at St. Paul鈥檚 United Church on Sunday. Many people came to enjoy the beautiful live music that filled the building that night.

The Estevan community received a Christmas spirit boost at the Woodlawn Regional Park. Christmas at the Park attracted hundreds of people last Sunday.
