People younger than 19 years of age expressed a lot of interest in attending the Hit After Hit concert featuring Canadian country music legend and multiple Juno Award winner George Canyon, hit-makers Doc Walker and Charlie Major and a newcomer Manny

The Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils (OSAC) along with other arts councils will present Red Moon Road in concerts taking place throughout the province. The performances are part of the 2018/2019 Stars for Saskatchewan Concert Series.

There are three new art exhibits on display at Weyburn鈥檚 art galleries for the months of March and April, curated by Regan Lanning of the Weyburn Arts Council.

Canadian country music legend and multiple Juno Award winner George Canyon announced Monday he will be embarking on a national Canadian tour with hit-makers Doc Walker and Charlie Major. Newcomer Manny Blu will also be performing during the tour.

Saskatchewan residents were once again very generous with their support for Telemiracle 43. The 20-hour telethon ran from 9 p.m. on Saturday night to 5 p.m. on Sunday, and generated $5,619,214.

The Estevan Public Library (EPL) hosted a Day at the Library on Feb. 20. The one-day program gave young visitors an opportunity to try numerous learning and playing options the EPL offers on daily basis.

A few more days and Carnduff and Oxbow will be filled with sounds of various musical instruments, melodies and voices. The 60th Carnduff and District Music and Arts Festival will start off with the Diamond Jubilee celebration on March 2 at 2 p.m.
