The new exhibit in the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum鈥檚 Gallery No. 2 is Jason Baerg鈥檚 S/He Makes it Rain, an exhibit of paintings which takes a deeper look at the importance of water. Baerg was at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum on Jan.

The stories of three immigrant women who relocate to Canada and struggle with the pains of adapting to unfamiliar customs, will be told in the upcoming play 鈥淒isplaced鈥�.

The photography exhibit 鈥淚 Will Remember You鈥� by photographer Barry Malesh will be featured at the Kay Cristo Room at the Prince of Wales Centre for the months of January and February for the Assiniboia and District Arts Council鈥檚 Arts Up! series.

It was a year to remember for former Estevan resident Joel Henderson. Henderson, who performs under the name Poor Nameless Boy, will be at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum (EAGM) on Jan. 27 for a concert through the EAGM鈥檚 After Dark series.

The newest exhibit at the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum has been pieced together by a former curator at the EAGM. Alex King, who worked at the EAGM from 2013 to 2015, curated Plastic Rhymes, which is on display in Gallery No.

The Shurniak Gallery will host a concert of the Twin Fiddles on Thursday, February 2 at 2 p.m. Twin Fiddles is made up of two award winning fiddle players Gordon Stobbe, a Saskatchewan-born Nova Scotian, and Saskatchewan鈥檚 JJ Guy.

Although Estevan is still thoroughly within the grip of winter, the Souris Valley Theatre board of directors is looking forward to when things start warming up for another season.
