Weyburn鈥檚 own 鈥淧rivate Drive鈥� recently won Jack 94.5鈥檚 Battle of the Cover Bands in Regina.

The Regina Symphony Orchestra will present their RSO Tour 鈥淩ediscover, Reimagine鈥� at the Cugnet Centre on Wednesday, February 15.

The end of the voting period for the James Weir People鈥檚 Choice art competition is fast approaching, with the last day to cast a ballot on Friday, Feb. 3 at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery, on the lower level of the Weyburn Public Library.

The Estevan Art Gallery and Museum鈥檚 After Dark concert series resumed on Jan. 27 with an appearance by a former Estevan resident. Joel Henderson, who performs under the name of Poor Nameless Boy, played acoustic songs from his three albums.

It鈥檚 early in the year, but the Estevan Art Gallery and Museum is already promoting some of their ideas to celebrate Canada鈥檚 150th birthday.
